Delivery
Orders will normally be despatched on the working day following receipt. Smaller items under 2kg in weight will normally be sent by Royal Mail's first class post within the UK and by Royal Mail's small packet service to non-UK locations. Larger or heavier items will be sent by courier.

Returns
As this site is based in the United Kingdom, the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply:

• You have the right to return or exchange a product bought from us within 14 days of its receipt.

• If you wish to return any product bought from us, then please let us know in writing or by by email within 14 days of its receipt.

• If your goods arrive back to us damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may be unable to process your return, so you should use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance, and obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it. You will be refunded the purchase price once we have received the return.

• The delivery charge will be refunded only if the products returned were incorrect, or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state.

• If the packaging of a product has been opened, or if the product is returned other than in a fully saleable condition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we may be unable to refund or exchange it unless it was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state.

• If you are returning an incorrect order or a product that was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, then we will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge, and any parcel carrier costs you incur. We will not charge you any costs we incur in collecting the product from you if you do not deliver them back to us.
